Information Collection – We collect personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number, and medical history, necessary for the provision of orthodontic care and for communicating with patients.

Your Medical Records will only be shared with other third parties if otherwise permitted by the applicable law, such as if necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person or if necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Use of Information – Personal information will be used for the purpose of providing orthodontic care, appointment reminders, and marketing communications, with the explicit consent of the patient/guardian of the patient/representative of the patient.

Information Sharing – We do not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.

Information Security – We implement security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Access and Correction – Patients have the right to access their personal information and request corrections.
